The seaside cave is where an anomaly opened, letting through two Labyrinthodonts. The creatures terrorised the nearby village, killing cattle and many people, giving rise to legends of the Witchfield Worm. The cave is directly under a farm. Ray Lennon made gates in the caves to try to stop the Labyrinthodonts from escaping and killing more people.
