Oliver Leek is James Lester's right hand man. Oliver did not work for the Home Office before the disturbance in the Permian era, (Episode 1.6). Oliver very much admires his boss, Lester, and he even buys his suit from the same tailor trying to get his boss's attention, it fails. Oliver was always left out as a child and so is very shy.

Oliver secretly hired Caroline Steel to spy on Connor Temple and the rest of the anomaly hunting team. (Episode 2.3). He also made an unknown deal with Helen Cutter (Episode 2.4)

Oliver Leek paid for his own Special ops guards to capture a Future Predator and bring it to the ARC in a white van. This attempt to kill his boss Lester failed. When the anomaly team attempted to access Leek files a bomb was timed down but successfully deactivated. Oliver retreated to his Creature Prison and successfully captured the anomaly team bar Lester. He then showed them his pride and joy - dozens of creatures from the anomalies in cages barred with lasers. (Episode 2.6) His plans backfired when Cutter disabled the Neural clamps controlling the predators. Cutter escaped, and the future predators turned against their master. He was killed and eaten by the hungry future predators. (Episode 2.7)
