A nuclear submarine has been announced as one of the settings of Series 5. The submarine will encounter a Liopleurodon, a huge marine reptile, before being dragged through an underwater anomaly by its magnetic pull. Also, a terrified Eustreptospondylus is running riot inside the submarine. All the while, Matt Anderson, Connor Temple and Abby Maitland from the Anomaly Research Centre are onboard, trying to resolve the situation. (Episode 5.2)
