The Cretaceous Hills are an area of hills in the Cretaceous period inhabited by Tree Creepers.

At some point on their travels through the Anomalies, the Time Tribe travelled to the Cretaceous Hills and lived off of Tree Creepers there. When one of the Tribe, Charlotte Cameron, started die, Emily Merchant and Patrick Quinn separated from the rest of the Time Tribe with her and went through an Anomaly to the Present, followed by two Tree Creepers.
Emily returned through the Anomaly to the Cretaceous, and Matt Anderson followed her before Hilary Becker locked the Anomaly. When Emily was injured by a Tree Creeper, Matt rescued her, and the two went back to the locked Anomaly. A Tree Creeper stalked them, until Becker unlocked the Anomaly and Matt and Emily escaped through back to the Present.
